Standard Disintegrator Model 500-1

Disintegration of a pulp sample is defined as a mechanical treatment in water so that interlaced fibres, which were free in the pulp stock, are again separated from one another without appreciably changing their structural properties. The Labtech Standard Disintegrator includes pivoted drive unit with a stainless steel propeller and shaft. Interlock protection permits safe operation only after the container is in position and the top section is locked in place. The lightweight PVC container supplied with the disintegrator will not dent or crack if dropped.
